UNBREAKABLE training regime is used by professional boxers to prepare for elite level fights. Through this 8 week, schedule real boxers shed incredible weight and increase their cardio to the extreme whilst training for competition.
Initially designed for professional athletes only, world-class trainer Jon Durrant has drawn on his 20 Year’s experience and created UNBREAKABLE as the ultimate boxing challenge. Based on the actual drills of championship level fighters, you can hone in on the specific aspects required to compete in boxing, taking your body from average to elite in just 8 Weeks.
To complete UNBREAKABLE you will have to unleash your inner fighter and demonstrate all the necessary boxing qualities; discipline, heart, focus, will and determination. Attendance is not enough; the programme ends with participants entering the Cobra Pit. A 1-hour fitness challenge designed to test your conditioning to the max!
